Check-in begins at 5:00 PM on your arrival date. Early check-in may be available upon request but is not guaranteed — ask the host in advance.
Check-out is at 11:00 AM on your departure date. Late check-out must be approved in advance and is not guaranteed.
The property is self check-in. Your door code and entry instructions will be sent before your arrival. Go to the main entrance, enter the code, and make sure the door fully closes behind you.
Yes, guests can check in using the provided self check-in instructions unless otherwise noted.
Only approved guests on the official reservation are allowed at the property. No outside visitors are permitted unless the host approves in advance. No parties or events are allowed.

Please park only in the designated guest parking areas. Do not block neighboring driveways, sidewalks, or the street.

House Rules

No. Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are not allowed.
No pets are allowed unless previously approved during your booking.
No smoking whatsoever on the property. You are welcome to smoke in the valley. If there is any evidence or smell of smoke in the guesthouse upon departure, a $100 fee will be charged.
Only guests on the official reservation are allowed. Outside guests must be pre-approved by the host. No parties, events, or gatherings of any kind.
Yes. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. No loud music, shouting, or outdoor gatherings during those hours. Please be respectful of the neighbors at all times.

Waterfront & Outdoor Use

Children must be supervised at all times near the water, dock, deck, stairs, and any outdoor edges. These areas can be slippery or hazardous.
Guests may access the dock and shoreline at their own risk. No diving from the dock. No running, horseplay, or rough activity near the water. Children must be supervised at all times.
No. If kayaks or other water equipment are brought, guests use them at their own risk and should follow all posted safety instructions.
The host bears no responsibility for swimming activities or safety concerns related to the waterfront area.
Outdoor amenities may occasionally be unavailable due to weather or safety conditions. Temporary limitations do not automatically entitle guests to refunds unless required by booking terms.

Hot Tub, Grill & Amenities

No. The hot tub is not maintained for guest use. Please do not use it.
Yes, if the grill is listed as an amenity. Please follow all safety instructions and never leave it unattended while in use.

Safety & Emergencies

Call 911 for emergencies first. Then notify the host as soon as possible.
Emergency contacts, safety instructions, and important house information are listed in the house manual or emergency section of the website.
Any security cameras, if present, will be disclosed in accordance with platform rules and local requirements. There are no indoor cameras.

Cleaning & Checkout

  • Turn off all lights and return light/fan remotes to their wall mount holders
  • Wash all dishes and throw away leftover food
  • Confirm oven/stove is off
  • Place all trash in the outdoor bins
  • Place used comforters, towels, and pillows on top of each bed
  • Ensure all personal items are packed
  • Close and lock all doors and windows
  • If the grill was used, replace the cover and turn off the propane
  • Return any moved items to their original place
Guests are expected to leave the home in reasonable condition and follow the posted checkout steps, but not perform a full turnover cleaning.
For stays over the weekend, please put the trash bins out front by the mailbox on Sunday nights.

No. The boat is not available for guest use. Please do not board or operate it.

Absolutely, the home is suitable for families, but guests should be aware of waterfront and outdoor safety considerations and supervise children at all times.
